Terms and Condition
For package conformation advance payment should be made to hold the booking, the balance amount can be paid 20days before to the date of journey.
For Domestic group packages 50% per person .
Advance/Full payment can be made through online payment/Bank deposit, by cash/Cheque at office or
to the executive.
Hotels category will be provided as per the package itinerary for accommodation.
Children below 3 years will not be charged and will not be provided seats. Children age between 3 to 10
years 70% of the package cost is applicable(extra mattresses will be provided in the room).
Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to Mountains/Hotels and other places where the tourist Bus cannot go due to the traffic regulations/conditions are to be borne by the tourists themselves
No refund will be entertained in case of missed sightseeing tours
Triple sharing means for example, wife, husband and mother are travelling together, we will provide
extra mattress and they have to share with the same room. Room heater charges and other incidentals
are extra
No refund will be payable for any unused/missed meal provided in the tour or given complimentary due
to whatsoever reason
Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings, Please do not leave any valuable items in the
coach nor handover to our staff in coach. Management will not be responsible for any damage, theft or
loss of your belongings
Accoding to number of people in the tour, the vehicle can be changed from a bus to smaller vehicle like
Tempo Traveller/ Toyota/Car etc
For Bus packages seating arrangement is booking wise .
If Minimum batch will not form to any package, we will change the scheduled date or will arrange the
alternate vehicle as per bookings
Don’t carry any valuable items, Company/tour manager/tour escorts is not responsible for your
personal belongings(Camera, Mobiles, Ornaments)
Tourist above the age of 65 years required to submit an medical report to filed by an MD Doctor.(which
is not more than 30 days old)
Health Insurance is mandatory for all the travellers and should cover travel period, sri venkateswara tours and Travels Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for travelers health related issues
Final Itineraary will be given two days before the travel date
